Our passion lies in the restaurant business, which is why we opened up the Manassas location on Sudley Road. I have been going to Backyard Grill for five years and the food has always been excellent as well as the service. The staff is always freindly and on top of everything we may need. I just went and visted there new Manassas location and it is fabulous. It has a seperate dining area, as well as a dining area where you can watch all the sporting games on big screen TV's. What I enjoyed the most was you can still enjoy a good meal and not have to deal with all the different noises that some sport bars have on the tables. The best plus was that the resturant is smoke free in the dining rooms, with NO SMELL!! I reccomend this resturant to all family types!

They call themselves a sports bar but what they should say is football bar. We went with another couple and were expecting 4 other couples and when we arrived we were told by the waiter that they were taking request for what people wanted to watch. We wanted to watch the Redskins game but we also requested for 1 tv to have NASCAR (since there is only 4 races left in the chase) and we were told no problem since we were there early. They continued to tell us that they would put it on but the race had started and still nothing. When we asked for the 5th time about putting it on at least 1 tv that is when they (MANAGEMENT) told us that it wasn't going to happen. We asked for the check, called our friends to tell them not to come, and left very disappointed. We weren't the only ones that got up and walked out. A table of 6 left also. We will never return and we are definately going to spread the word. This is a new business but I don't see them staying in business if they continue to do what they want and not the customers. MANAGEMENT WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPLEASANT!
